✔ Glue
For beginners, we suggest using glue with a 2–3 second drying time — it gives
you a little extra time to place each lash properly.
Here are three great options:
– B14: Thin viscosity, ideal if you like a runnier texture
– B38H: Medium viscosity, the most beginner-friendly and well-balanced
– B35: Thicker texture, great if you want more control and slower flow

As a skilled artist, you’ll likely want faster-drying glues to match your speed
and technique. Here's what we recommend:
0.5-second drying time
– W01: Thin viscosity, ideal for ultra-fast placement
– P12M: Medium viscosity, gives slightly more control while still quick
1–2 second drying time
– SG03: Thin texture, great if you want a slightly slower pace with fluid movement
– P11W-L: Medium viscosity, well-balanced for steady hands and clean attachment
3. How to extend my retention?
To extend the retention of eyelash extensions, both technician technique and client aftercare play critical roles.
🔧 Technician Tips
1. Use fresh glue: Ensure the adhesive is within shelf life, stored properly, and replaced regularly (every 4–6 weeks once opened).
2. Control humidity and temperature: Lash glue cures best within ideal humidity (40–60%) and temperature (18–24°C). Use a hygrometer and
humidifier/dehumidifier if needed.
3. Clean lash surface thoroughly: Always use a Lash Cleanser
Foam or Lash Primer or Flash Lash Cleanser to remove oil, makeup, and dust
before application.
🧴 Client Aftercare Tips
1. No water or steam for first 24–48 hours
2. Avoid oil-based products
3. Clean lashes daily with a Lash Foam Cleanser
4. Avoid rubbing or pulling lashes
5. Avoid excessive heat (sauna, hot yoga)
6. Don’t use mascara, use Lash Coating instead.
4. How to choose an ideal lash glue?
Choosing the ideal eyelash extension glue depends on several key factors,
including your skill level, application speed, working environment, and client
sensitivity.

5. Are the products made by Jovisa tested on animals?
Our products are cruelty free and are not tested on the animals.
6. What are the eyelashes made of?
All of our eyelashes are made from high-quality PBT synthetic material. They
are soft, lightweight, comfortable to wear, and built to last.

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping to all locations served by our delivery partners: DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, and SF Express. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location

Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are set by your country’s regulations
and are not included in the prices listed on our website. As these charges vary
by location, customers are responsible for any applicable fees upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information
