Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends (Saturday–Sunday) will be processed on the following Monday.
Please allow 2–4 days for processing during high-volume periods or holiday seasons.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, along with tracking information once your order has shipped. Rest assured, every package is handled with care by the Jovisa Lash team.
Shipping
We partner with reliable shipping providers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, and SF Express.
Estimated Delivery Times:
•North America: 1–2 business days
•International Orders: 3–4 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping provider.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and chosen courier. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your package is on its way.
*JOVISA is not responsible for these charges and are required to be paid by the customer.
⚠️ Important Update: U.S. Customs Duties (Effective August 29, 2025)
As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. government has revoked the de minimis exemption for imports valued under $800 USD.
This means that all shipments to the United States, regardless of value or origin, may now be subject to import duties and taxes.
Please note:
•Jovisa Lash is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your destination country.
•These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are required for successful delivery.
•If customs fees are refused by the customer, the shipment may be returned to us or discarded by customs.
•Please note that in the case of a return, any costs incurred by Jovisa — such as shipping, customs duties, and handling fees — will be deducted from the total refund amount.
We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any potential charges that may apply.
Refunds & Returns
At Jovisa Lash, we take pride in ensuring that your order arrives accurately and on time.
If your order is missing any items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@jovisalash.com. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the received package so we can assist you promptly.
Each case will be handled individually, and we will do our best to offer a fair and satisfying solution.
Please note:
If customs fees or import duties are refused at the time of delivery, and the shipment is returned or not delivered, you will not be eligible for a refund of shipping costs and the total amount of your return will be deducted by any additional costs incurred by Jovisa — such as customs duties and handling fees .
