If your order is missing any items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@jovisalash.com. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the received package so we can assist you promptly.

Please note:
If customs fees or import duties are refused at the time of delivery, and the shipment is returned or not delivered, you will not be eligible for a refund of shipping costs.
